He was predeceased by: his mother Carlene Ramlow-Hinton; and his close friend Meg. He is survived by: his father William Riley Kelly; his wife Cindy Shelton; his daughters, BreeAnn Kaczmarczyk (Kevin) and Brooke Kelly (Kyle Vannoy); his grandchildren, Abigail, Emmalynn, Caleb, Emaline and Isaac; and his siblings, Debbie Kelly-Graue (Robert Mundy) and David Riley Kelly (Roscoe).
