He was predeceased by : his brother Patrick Van of Kerckhove. He is survived by : his wife Carole; his daughters, Amy Wach (Greg) and Wendy Van of Kerckhove; his grandchildren, Leo, Clara, Madeleine and Louisa Wach; and his siblings, Nancy Prouty and Robert Van of Kerckhove.
