She was predeceased by: her son Alex Mayfield (Julie); and her siblings, Chuck Heffernan (Virginia), Sheila Axon (late John), Tom Heffernan and Patrick Heffernan.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Mayfield; her children, Matt Mayfield (Tomoko Ichikawa) and Jean Gill (Kevin); and her siblings, Murray Heffernan (late Planaria), Martha Daly (Tom) and Joan Heffernan.
