She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Melady and Antoinette Melady; and her siblings, Mary (Marentette), Rev. Thomas "Bud" Melady, Angela (Smith), Peter Joseph "Teddy" Melady and John Melady.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her children, Patricia Haas (Brian), David Conry (Cathy) and Carolyn Collins (Artie); her grandchildren, Colin, Rachael Haas, Christina, Matthew, Faith Conry, Artie, Danny, Madelyn Melady and Aidan Collins; and her siblings, Rita Rose (Daley) and Michael Melady. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
