Amelia Prado Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2025, at the age of 93, Amelia Prado of Lincolnwood, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Amelia Prado to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Amelia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Amelia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Arnold Prado; her children, Carla Prado, Tristan Prado Kenney and Len Prado; and her sister Amalia Gonzalo.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
In lieu of flowers memorials in Amelia's name would be appreciated towards the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org).
