She is survived by: her close friend Christine Serritella; her siblings, Harold "Junior" Hayes and Patricia Ann Guerrero; her nieces and nephews, Catherine Ortiz, Daniel Guerrero, Sylvia Garza, Larry Hayes of Johnny, Lisa Hayes, Sally Ann Hayes and Rhonda Hayes; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian Ortiz, Amanda Ortiz, Marco Ortiz, Jesse Guerrero, Lizette Guerrero, Maritza Guerrero, Emily Guerrero, Louise Garza (Cali), Carlos Garza, Madeline Garza, Zack, Jordan, Arissica, Hayden, Levi, Avery Hayes, Sofia Hayes, Alison, Alexis Hayes and Andrew Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northlake Funeral Home (140 E North Ave, Northlake, IL 60164). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Elm Lawn Memorial Park (401 E Lake St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
