He is survived by: his daughters, Hailey Jean and Elliana Rose; his wife Gina; his parents, Denise Cates and David Cates; his siblings, Leslie Davis (Kurt) and Jamie Cates (Dianna); and his siblings' children, Jackson, Lucas (James Cates) and Ty (Leslie Cates). He is also survived by his girls, his family, his work family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (5015 Lincoln Ave, Lisle, IL 60532).
