He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Chulay and Elizabeth Chulay. He is survived by : his spouse Altanah Benziger; his children, Jeffrey Chulay (Marianne), Jill (Chulay) and Dolgin (Dennis); his granddaughters, Kristi (Dolgin), Dillon (Frank) and Amy Dolgin; and his great grandchild Matthew Dillon.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sauganash Community Church (4541 W Peterson Ave, Chicago, IL 60646).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to the Frank J. Chulay Endowed Scholarship at Oakton College.
