He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schulte and Arline Schulte; his brothers, Clifford Schulte (Ruth), Donald Schulte and Larry Schulte; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Laurenzana and Richard Laurenzana.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Schulte; his children, Stacey Schulte of Bolingbrook, IL, Heather McCarthy (Michael) of Western Springs, IL and Kristine Rotta of Woodridge, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan Levins (Estefania Eiquihua), Mackenna Levins, Brittany Levins, Hannah, Kate, Sophie McCarthy, Lauren and Liam Rotta; his siblings, Mary Stare (Paul), Jerry Schulte, Rick Schulte (Holly), Jeff Schulte (Sue), Greg Schulte and Matt Schulte (Laura); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Fanella (late John).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Seasons Hospice (AccentCare) Foundation in memory of Jack.
