Guarino; his brother Roy (Pat) of Sandy, Utah.; his children, Keri Fornek (Brian) and Todd Kristensen (Carole); his grandchildren, Ryan Kristensen (Sarah), Kelsey (Ryan Rektorski), Emily Fornek, Ben Fornek (Kaitlyn) and Paige Fornek; and his great grandchildren, Greyson, Ashlynn, Zoey, Lainey, Calvin and Blakely.
