Terrence P. Dooley Obituary

We announce the death of Terrence P. Dooley of Lisle, Illinois, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia J. Dooley; his children, Richard Pearce and Joy Bender (late Bill); his stepson Craig Johnson (Ina); his parents, John Dooley and Florence Dooley; and his siblings, Florence Konder (late Albert), Edward Dooley, Elizabeth Delaney (late Joseph), John Dooley (late Rozella), Eileen Dooley, Richard "Dick" Dooley (late Charlotte), W. Michael, Sr., Robert E. "Bob" Dooley (late Ida), James T. "Jim" Dooley (late Anne), Daniel Dooley (late Ginny) and Tom Dooley (late Marcia).

He is survived by: his children, Terrence L. Dooley, Jill Dooley, Jacky Konigsfeld (Mike) and Patty Hatch (Bob); his stepdaughters, Penny Peterson (Joel), Susan McGhee (Michael) and Dawn Johnnic (Ken); his grandchildren, Brandy Dodero (Tim), Amanda Craig (Doug), Abbey O'Brien (John), Jamie Weber (Phil), Peter Konigsfeld, Samantha "Sammy" Hatch and Nick Thome (Mary); his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Khloe, Ryan, Jenna, Dylan, Charlie, Jackson, Benjamin, Luke, Parker and Kendall; and his sisters, Patricia Pekala (late Casimir) and Sheila Prue (Frank).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services (44 S Mill St, Naperville, IL 60540). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Peter & Paul Catholic Church (36 N Ellsworth St, Naperville, IL 60540).
