It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amel Pesko of Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Amel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Amel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Elizabeth Soffa Pesko; his wife Frances Miller; and his daughter Dana Pesko. He is survived by: his son John Pesko (Carolyn) of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandchildren, Dr. Bryan Pesko and Leslie Pesko. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
