He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Rudolph Otto and Ethel Prosser (Tarr); his sons, Preston Patrick Prosser (Heidi) of Bend, Oregon and Garret Andrew Prosser of Bend, Oregon; his grandchildren, Scarlett Prosser of Bend Oregon, Grayson Prosser of Bend Oregon, Peyton Prosser of Bend Oregon and Andrew Prosser of Bend Oregon; his sister Karen Weigand of California; and his siblings-in-law, Lynne Lennert (Jim) of California and Jeff Bradley (Nancy) of Nokomis. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
