She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Jo Niemann (Dickey); her stepfather Richard Hartke; her father Ray Niemann; her stepmother Betty Niemann; and her stepsister Pamela Coatney (Hartke).
She is survived by: her husband Jeff; and her children, Jeffrey A. Wheat, Jr. of Crystal City, MO, Amber Wheat of Litchfield and Paige Wheat of Litchfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home (404 E Union Ave, Litchfield, IL 62056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (608 N Van Buren St, Litchfield, IL 62056).
