He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Blanche "Peggy" Birkenkamp (Wikoff) and Frank Birkenkamp; and his brothers, Mark Birkenkamp and James Michael Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Birkenkamp of Litchfield, His; his children, Derek Birkenkamp (Patty) of Litchfield, His and Shannon Bishop (Cory) of Litchfield, His; his siblings, Ronald Kirby (Brenda) of Hornsby, Fred Birkenkamp of Benld, His, Debbie Vaught (Russell) of Dorchester and Patty Rands (Mark) of Dorchester; his grandchildren, Rylie Maddox (Jake), Raquel Bishop (Austin Woods), Brock Bishop, Brevin Birkenkamp and Tinley Birkenkamp; and his great grandchildren, Rowan Maddox and Baker Woods.
