He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Herman and Hulda Marie Helgen (Bentlage); his daughter Shari Lynn Helgen-Huntley; and his sister-in-law Susanna Ruth Helgen (Simpson). He is survived by : his wife Shirley Jean Niemann; and his sons, Michael Helgen (Rebecca) of Litchfield and Jeffrey Helgen of Litchfield.
