She is survived by: her husband John Hodge of Litchfield, IL; her children, Amber Beasley of Girard, IL, Cody Simmons (Caitlin) of Litchfield, IL, Nathaniel Forbis of Pekin, IL and Lindsey Forbis (Dustin) of Butler, IL; and her grandchildren, Bradlee, Dean, Jordin, Gabriel, Sophia, Lydia, James, Tyler, Mattie, Tanner, Spencer, Nolan, Declan, Lilly and Jade. She is also survived by 4 brothers, and 1 sister.
