She was predeceased by: her parents, William Milton and Edith Etta Hazelwood (Grigg); and her husband John William Shade. She is survived by: her brother Paul Hazelwood (April); her grandchildren, Michael Shade (Megan), Melissa Shade, Isaac Shade (Chelsey) and Benjamin Shade; and her great grandchildren, Hadassah and Naomi Shade. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be directed to HSHS St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.
