He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Champlin (Emily) of Glen Carbon, IL, Peter Champlin of Streamwood, IL and Adam Champlin of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Addison, Blake Champlin of Glen Carbon, IL, Caden, Olivia and Leah Champlin of Streamwood, IL; and his brothers, John Champlin of New York and Jim Champlin of New York.
