With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Wood of Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Mitchell and Deana Irene Hart (Williams); her brother Gerald D. Hart; and her grandparents, Orville Hart, Edith Bandy, Harold and Flora Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Wood of Litchfield; her children, Stephen J. Fiscor (Melissa) of Jacksonville, FL, Corey M. Wood of Litchfield and Jaime D. Koonce (Wade) of Litchfield; her grandchildren, Adrienne Michelle Koonce, Kristin Nicole Plasters (Justin) of Litchfield, Kathryn Addison Fiscor and Ryan Sheffield Fiscor of Jacksonville, FL.; her great grandchildren, Hunter Allen Plasters, Tymberli Rae Plasters of Litchfield and Elissa Cline-Plasters of Gillespie; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Hart of Pensacola, FL, Margaret "Peggy" Helfrich of Springfield and Pat Coleman of Washington.
