He is survived by: his father Terry Birkenkamp of Litchfield, IL; his spouse Malissa Davidson; his children, Kyle Jarman (Sara) of Litchfield, IL, Travis Birkenkamp (Lea) of Litchfield, IL and Toi Knippel (Bryan) of Litchfield, IL; his grandchildren, Kylynn Jarman, Aiden Heisman, Ty White, Alexia Birkenkamp, Lily Birkenkamp, Wrigley Birkenkamp and Rylee Knippel; and his siblings, Jeffery Birkenkamp (Caren) of Ballwin, MO and Renee Chandler (Scott) of Litchfield, IL..
