He is survived by: his wife Alice Slifka; his son Mark Slifka (Tanya); his daughter-in-law Stacy Slifka; and his grandchildren, Aaron Slifka, Emily Slifka, Webb Slifka, Natalie Slifka and Andrew Slifka. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
