David E. Loos Obituary
The memory of David E. Loos of Loami, Illinois, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Loos and E. Alberta Schrader Loos; and his sister Alice Wessel. He is survived by: his wife Lori Rhoda; his children, Dan Loos (Brooklyn) and Alison Elliott (Erik); his grandsons, Cooper Loos and Camden Elliott; his siblings, Keith Loos (Lisa) and Ellen Loos; and his brother-in-law Doug Wessel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (1225 N Main, Chatham, IL 62629). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Chatham Cemetery (505 W Walnut St, Chatham, IL 62629).
