He was predeceased by: his father Orville Ladage; and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Kochman Ladage of Chatham; his wife Terri Denham; his daughter Jennifer Schlau (Mike) of Schaumburg; his stepdaughters, Laura Halstead (Travis) of Dwight and Lisa Offermann (Ryan) of Bourbonnais; and his siblings, Daryl Ladage, Lori Ruyle (Don) and Dan Ladage (Kelli). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
