He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Burgess; his children, Angela Dawn Belden (Tracey) of Washington State, Melissa Mae Renfro (Jeremy) of Loami, James Shawn Jastrzebski (Tamara) of Washington State and Christopher Lee Jastrzebski of Loami; his sisters, Janet Manci, Amelia Anders, Joanne Werner, Barbara Jones and Donna Collier; and his pet Jackie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
