He is survived by : his daughter Toni Duke (Zach); his grandchildren, McKinley of Jacksonville, Florida., Duke of Jacksonville, Florida., Parker of Jacksonville, Florida., Jace of Jacksonville, Florida. and Lily Shuman of Jacksonville, Florida.; his siblings, Paul (Nikki), Kathy (Willis), Karen and Mark; and his nephews, Chris and Russ Pesavento.
