She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Phistry and Ethel Phistry; her stepfather Endo Panozzo; her daughter Angela K. Dusterhoft; and her brothers, Thomas Phistry (late Joan), Robert Phistry and James Phistry.

She is survived by: her husband Timothy F. O'Reilly; her children, Victoria L. Faldani (Thomas), Matthew R. Dusterhoft (Kelly) and Amber Moore (Jarod); her brother Philip Phistry (Gina); and her sisters-in-law, Kay and Pat Phistry.

Carole A. O'Reilly, age 77 of Lockport, IL, returned to the Lord in peace after an extended battle with Alzheimer's Disease on September 12, 2025.
