He is survived by: his wife Ann Berkes (Nee Ferrucci); his daughters, Valerie Jackson (Simon) and Lindsay Mulligan (Ryan); his grandchildren, Allison, Luke, Dominic, Zach, Arianna and McKenna; his siblings, Robert Berkes (Wendy) and Mary Dayhoff; and his brother-in-law Al Ferrucci (Nancy).
