She is survived by: her husband Frank Jurcak; her children, Justin Coners (Jennifer) and Nicole Wojciechowski; her grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla and Jaylin; and her siblings, Donald Srebro (Linda), Regina Mallen (Steven), Laura Holman (Gerry), Nancy Cutler (Jeff) and Shirlee Tomczak (Mark).
