It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul A. Bobak of Lockport, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn Bobak; his parents, Paul Bobak and Veronica Bobak; and his in-laws, Max and Phyllis Yarmolek.
He is survived by: his son Gregory Bobak (Rachael) of Chicago; and his siblings, George Bobak (Marilyn), Dennis Bobak and Patricia Matile (late Curt).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dennis Church (1214 Hamilton St, Lockport, IL 60441). An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (200 W Romeo Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446).
