He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Lacek and Frances Lacek of LaGrange Park, IL.. He is survived by : his wife Millie; his children, Scot Lacek, Jeff Lacek, James H. Dean (Maria), Darlyn Lutes (Troy) and Kelly Cianci (John); his grandchildren, Darrell Dean (Amanda), Cindy Brogden (Craig), Brian Dean, Joseph Lacek, Mark Lacek, Anna Mann (Brendan), Kaitlin Lacek, Orrin Lutes, Giuseppe Cianci, Ayden Lutes, Gabriella Cianci and Victoria Cianci; his great grandchildren, Dominic Dean and Liam Dean; and his siblings, Ruth Roti (Francis), Joyce Guerra (Anthony), Delores Lacek, Raymond Lacek (Nancy) and Joellen Albrecht. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
