He is survived by: his mother Jane Reynolds Ramsay Toms; his daughter Kara Kirk of Energy, Illinois; his stepfather Jim Toms of Logan, Illinois; his grandchildren, Rylee and Bennett; and his siblings, Beth Eubanks of West Frankfort and Richard Ramsay of Benton, Illinois..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Leffler Funeral Home (401 E Main St, Benton, IL 62812). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Friends of Franklin County Animal Control and will be accepted at the funeral home.
