He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Klingele and Paul Klingele; his son Matthew Klingele (Pam); his wife Shirley Clark; and his sister Janet (Chris).
He is survived by: his siblings, James (Pamela) and Marilyn (Bob); his children, Mike Klingele (Ann), Mark Klingele (Randee), Maribeth Hoffman and Amy Klingele Garman (Denis); his grandchildren, Mark Klingele Jr., Mike Hoffman (Megan), Katie Carter (Chris), Leslie Hoffman Dunigan (Chris), Jamie Hoffman, Kyle Klingele (Amy), Maria Klingele, Robert Mahaney III (Jennifer), Delaney Mahaney Cox (Zachary), Quinn Mahaney and Mallory Klingele; his great grandchildren, Eloise Hoffman, Maxwell, Maeve Dunigan, Emerson Cox, Blyth Mahaney and Amelia Klingele; and his children, Alan and Shirley.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (114 S Elizabeth St, Lombard, IL 60148).
