We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2023, at the age of 28, Alexa Grace DiVenere Kosak of Lombard, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her husband Neal M. Kosak; her parents, Joseph DiVenere (Lada) and Angela Lee (Donald); her sister Lisa M. DiVenere; her grandparents, Mary Ann, Angelo and Grace Iovinelli; her brother-in-law Ryan Kosak (Monica); her pets, Nina and Nola; and also, Jim and Shirley Kosak.

Family would lovingly accept flowers; however, donations made in Alexa's name to Ronald McDonald House Charities http://www.rmhccni.org would be greatly appreciated.
