He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bartucci and Paulean Bartucci; and his brother Louis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Matthew, Carolyn Jerabek (James) and Kristen; his grandchildren, James Jr. and Nicole Jerabek; and his sister Mary Estrada.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, where Dr. Bartucci volunteered his time early in his career.
