He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristen; and his parents, Albert and Ann (Stob). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Ann Vander Klok (Steve), Catherine Landreth (Edward), Jonathan Kieft (April) and Jason Kieft; his grandchildren, Miles Vander Klok (Cassie), Sarah Vander Klok, Sophia Landreth, Ryker and Kiley Kieft; and his great grandchild Toby Vander Klok.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery (17W201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181).
