She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Roseanne; her grandchildren, Deborah Frolik (Pete) and James Chico (Heidi); and her great grandchildren, Matthew Frolik (Farnaz), Katherine Frolik, James Chico, Jr. (Jacqueline) and Jordan Chico.
