She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Rafaj; and her parents, Alice Klein and Leo Klein. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Lori), Christopher (Erin) and Alicija Rafaj; her grandchildren, Nolan, Eleanor and Austin; her brother Mark Klein; her nephews, Larry, Tony, Mark Adam and Justin; and her niece Kristen.
