She was predeceased by: her husband Clement Alley of Iowa City; her daughter Claudia Haimann; her siblings, Paul (Mary Marchal), Wayne (Betty Marchal) and Phyllis; and her brother-in-law Ralph Meyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Pobst; her son-in-law Emanuel Haimann; her grandchildren, Beth Pobst (Andrew Wagner), Michael Pobst, Eric Haimann (Jordan) and Benjamin Haimann (Sabrina); and her great grandchildren, Miles, Zoey, Max Wagner, Madelyn and Zachary Haimann.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Norma P. Alley, in care of Anderson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 605, 2011 South Fourth Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.
