He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and Walter Ripper; and his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his brother Jim; his wife Rosanne; his sons, Tony (Kate) and Michael (Morgan); and his grandchildren, AJ, Maddy, Spencer, Bennett, Hazel and Finn. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home (17W201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (1025 E Madison St, Lombard, IL 60148). A reception will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
