He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Daniel Kutinac (Shawna); his parents, Ronald Witt and Eunice Witt; and his father-in-law George Kutinac. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Witt; his sister Laura Pantaleo (Frank); his sister-in-law Cheryl Lorge (late Wally); his mother-in-law Florence; and his nieces and nephews, Jenna Blanford (Rick), Krista Raymond (Dom), Toby Lorge (Corinne) and David Lorge (Sally).

In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Cancer Society are appreciated.
