She was predeceased by: her parents, Chloe Mills and Jesse Mills; and her grandchild Christian Stilwell. She is survived by: her husband Israel Velazquez; her children, Maribeth Swanson (Robert), Denise Stilwell (Larry), Jessica Swan (Brian) and Jon Velazquez (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Karl Swanson, Kajsa Swanson, Luke Stilwell, Nathan Swan, Caleb Swan, Elijah Velazquez and Isaiah Velazquez; and her siblings, Charlene Harvey and Delbert Mills. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The lying in state will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salvation Army Church (415 Summit Ave, Villa Park, IL 60181). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
