Allen of Long Grove, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Allen and Marie Allen (McLellan); his wife Barbara Eckel; and his brothers, James Allen and Terrence Allen.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah Fogal (John), Christopher Allen and Julie Harrell (Stephen); his grandchildren, Connor, Braeden and Finley Harrell; and his sisters, Nancy Farrell (Clark) and Patricia Allen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
