He is survived by: his wife Patricia Barickman; his children, Alicia Hays (John Warwick) of Streator, Clarissa Hays (Tyler Martin) of Streator and Rylan Hays (Elish McCann) of Streator; and his sister Susan Kmetz (Robert) of Streator.
