He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Dose and Helen Dose (Forrest); and his sisters, Mary Lynn and Judith Dose. He is survived by : his wife Sherry Lee Mecozzi; his children, Scott Dose (Jennifer) of Fayetteville, AR, Christopher Dose of Lostant, Jamie Dose of Houston, TX, Megan Dose of Oglesby and Kimberley Baker (Nathan) of Lostant; and his brother Jeff Dose (Linda) of Oglesby. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
