She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert "Bob" Ross and Sue Ross; and her grandson Austin Freeman. She is survived by : her husband Patrick Strode of Lostant; her daughters, Danell Mertes (Dan) of Lostant, Darlene Freeman (John) of Lostant and Denice Carr of Lostant; her grandchildren, Logan Snyder, Madison Freeman, Meleah Mertes, Caden Mertes and Akye Mertes; her great grandchild Lilah Freeman; and her sister Marla Dee Lawless of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
