She was predeceased by : her husband Robert L. Smith; and her siblings, Ralph Bahrns, Dale Bahrns, Robert Bahrns and Norma Spence.
She is survived by : her sons, Douglas Smith (Kim) of Louisville, Charles "Chuck" Smith (Christina) of Louisville and Stewart Smith (Crystal) of Louisville, C. R.; her grandchildren, Kelsey Lock (Alex) of Louisville, Cara Woods of Clay City, Hannah Smith of Louisville, Lane Smith of Louisville, Cody Smith of Mason and Bryan Smith of Mason; her siblings, Richard Bahrns (Jane) of Flora, Rosemary Gray (David) of O'Fallon, Illinois. and Owen; and her sister-in-law Virginia Smith. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Betty's memory to the Lutheran Care Center in Altamont or HSHS Hospice and can be sent to the funeral home.
