Mellendorf of Louisville, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Bohnhoff and Alice Bohnhoff (Wohltman); her brothers, Merlin Bohnhoff and Sydney Bohnhoff; her father-in-law Dale Mellendorf; and her brothers-in-law, David Walk and Doug Wendling.
She is survived by : her husband Kent Mellendorf of Louisville; her children, Michelle Goeke (Marc), Tracy Heuerman (Tyler) and Mark Mellendorf (Kourtney); her grandchildren, Alexander Goeke, Brady Heuerman, Levi Heuerman, Gentry Heuerman and Kaylee Mellendorf; her siblings, Marcy Kingery (Alan), Brian Bohnhoff (Lisa), Kimberly Walk, Lucinda Hinterscher (Ray, Jr.) and Dirk Bohnhoff (Laurie); and her mother-in-law Irma Mellendorf.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in rural Louisville, the Carle Cancer Institute, or the Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center in Indianapolis, IN.
