He is survived by: his wife Minnie Smith of Louisville; his children, Jonathan T. Smith of Louisville and Angela M. Horath (Darrell S.) of Altamont; his grandchildren, Bryant, Trey, Lane, Levi and Chase; and his brother Joseph A. Smith (Christine N.).
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
