He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richeson and Pearl Richeson (Hendrix); his siblings, Norman Richeson and Irene Sedeora; and his brother-in-law Ray Spooner.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his children, Eileen Richeson Butt (Mark), Mark Richeson (Paula) and Pam Gustafson (Rob); his grandchildren, Madi, Chloe, Ethan, Abbi Richeson, Jake and Owen Gustafson; his siblings, Ruth Spooner and Cedric Richeson (Emily); his brother-in-law Tejinder Sedeora; and his brother Bill Penn (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory - Mulford (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
